Jenna Jacobs is a Resourcing Consultant at Thatcher Associates, working with Kieran Cole on our UK building services trades desk. Jenna Jacobs
Jenna comes from agency recruitment in South Africa, where she ran the whole process herself: taking the brief, advertising, up to thirty screening calls a day, interviews, references and background checks, across roles from finance and IT to HVAC, electrical and security. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Social Science in psychology and counselling, and she brings that interest in people to every conversation with an engineer.
