Electrical Contracts Manager, Oxfordshire
£65,000pa + car allowance · Monday to Friday
Are you running electrical compliance on a housing portfolio and ready to take charge of the whole operation? This is a Monday to Friday role with your own team and a £5m budget.
The role
You’ll run the electrical side of a building services contractor in Oxfordshire. That covers responsive, planned and project work across a council housing and commercial portfolio. Three team leaders report to you. You’ll keep the portfolio 100% compliant, agree resourcing with the planners, and act as the business’s NICEIC Qualified Supervisor and main point of contact.
What you’ll need
- 2391 (or 2394 and 2395), 18th Edition, and AM2 or AM2S
- Experience as an NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
- SMSTS
- A track record of managing budgets, team leaders and regulatory compliance
- A full UK driving licence and a standard DBS check
