The group
Our client is a long-established, well-respected group of companies in the Turks and Caicos Islands, with businesses across several sectors and sites on more than one island. This is a newly defined role with reach across every company in the group.

The role
You would be the in-house owner of the group's ERP, point of sale and payroll systems: supporting and training users, managing accounts and permissions, coordinating updates with vendors, and keeping data flowing correctly from point of sale into the ERP. You would run, verify and test-restore backups, work with the IT team on network issues, and support finance through payroll runs, month-end and year-end. Some work outside normal hours is needed from time to time.

You'll need
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or a related subject
• At least two years supporting ERP, POS or payroll software as an administrator, not only as a user
• Hands-on experience running backups and test-restoring them
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi-Fi
• Acumatica, Posist, Paypak or Data Pay experience is a bonus, as are SQL skills and an understanding of payroll and accounting

Grand Turk is the capital island of the Turks and Caicos: small, quiet and relaxed, with living costs and rents much lower than on Providenciales. Accommodation is not provided, but rentals are affordable. Occasional travel to other group sites may be needed.
This role is open to Caricom nationals. Candidates who are not Belongers will need a Turks and Caicos work permit.
