- Work closely with the client, school leadership, stakeholders and the public
- Lead a strong health and safety culture and deliver on environment and quality
- Manage project risks and opportunities in line with company procedures
- Hand over a quality finished building and drive continuous improvement, including customer and supplier feedback
You'll need
- Project Manager experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor, leading building projects of around £8m to £20m to handover
- An HNC or HND in Construction Management, or equivalent
- SMSTS and a CSCS Black Card (ideally)
- Design and Build experience, ideally on public sector framework projects
- Education or live, occupied site experience (a strong advantage), and pre-construction or bid involvement (desirable)
- To live within a daily commute of Hereford, and the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
What's in it for you
- Competitive basic salary, depending on experience
- Company car or car allowance
- Further benefits confirmed at interview
- A permanent role with a Tier 1 contractor and a defined programme of around two years
