Food & Beverage | Multi-Site Operations | Open to Jamaican and CARICOM Candidates

Thatcher Associates is delighted to be partnering with a well-established food and beverage business operating a globally recognised QSR brand in the Caribbean. Following continued growth, our client is seeking a commercially minded Finance Manager to lead the finance function for all its Caribbean locations. This is a broad, hands-on role suited to a qualified Finance Manager or senior Accountant who enjoys working close to the operation and wants genuine influence over business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day finance function, including management accounts, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Manage, coach and develop a small finance team, setting clear standards and priorities.
• Oversee multi-currency accounting, reconciliations and cash flow management across regional and international transactions.
• Partner with operations leadership on cost control, margin management and store-level profitability.
• Ensure robust internal controls, statutory compliance and timely completion of audits and tax filings.
• Support commercial decision-making with clear, accurate and timely financial analysis.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent), or qualified by experience at Finance Manager level.
• Proven experience managing a finance team.
• Hands-on experience working with multiple currencies is essential.
• Background in the food and beverage, hospitality, food retail/ distibution or QSR sector is strongly preferred.
• Strong grasp of management accounting, controls and cash management in a fast-paced operational environment.
