Supply Chain Manager

Jamaica | Salary Competitive, Dependent on Experience

The Opportunity:

A multinational food and beverage group operating multiple entities across the Caribbean and Latin America, working in a multi-currency, multi-jurisdiction environment. As the business continues to grow across the region, they are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to bring structure, reliability and cost discipline to how goods move from supplier through to outlet.

This is a genuinely regional role rather than a single site position, so it suits someone who enjoys the complexity of coordinating supply across multiple markets and currencies. You will work closely with operations, finance and procurement teams to ensure consistent product availability without carrying unnecessary cost or risk in the supply chain.

What you will be doing

• Managing end to end supply chain operations across multiple markets and entities in the Caribbean and Latin America
• Building and maintaining supplier relationships, including sourcing, contracts and performance management
• Forecasting demand and managing inventory levels to balance availability against working capital
• Managing logistics, freight and import processes across multiple jurisdictions
• Identifying cost saving opportunities without compromising quality or supply reliability
• Working closely with finance on supply chain budgeting and reporting

What you will need:

• Proven supply chain management experience within the food and beverage or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience managing multi-market or multi-jurisdiction supply chains, ideally within the Caribbean or a similarly complex regional environment
• Strong supplier negotiation and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple currencies and import regulatory environments
• Currently based in Jamaica
• A degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related discipline would be an advantage.
