The Housekeeping Manager leads the housekeeping department, working closely with the wider operations team to ensure standards are consistently met across a busy resort environment.
This role suits an experienced housekeeping professional who takes genuine pride in the finer details of presentation and is equally comfortable leading a team as they are stepping in on the floor when it matters. You will be responsible for the full guest experience from a housekeeping standpoint, from arrival room readiness through to daily turndown and public area upkeep.
What you will be doing
- Leading and developing the housekeeping team, including supervisors and room attendants
- Setting and maintaining room and public area presentation standards across the resort
- Managing rostering, staffing levels and productivity across the department
- Overseeing linen, amenities and cleaning supply stock and budgets
- Conducting regular quality inspections and addressing standards issues promptly

- Proven housekeeping leadership experience at Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper level within a luxury resort or hotel
- Strong people management skills, with experience leading a team
- High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to consistent standards
- Comfortable managing budgets, stock and productivity targets
Experience within a Caribbean resort environment would be an advantage but is not essential.
What is on offer
- Competitive Salary
- Housing, food, and utilities provided
- Senior leadership position within a well-established resort operation
The practical detail
This is a single-status role, so it suits a candidate without dependents relocating with them. Work permit sponsorship is available, subject to local labour market processes, which can affect start dates.
