Food and Beverage Manager

Our client operates an exclusive, all-inclusive private resort in the Caribbean where dining is built around bespoke, multi-course menus rather than a fixed restaurant offering. The Food and Beverage Manager leads all dining and beverage service across the property, working closely with the culinary team to deliver a genuinely tailored experience for each group of guests.

This role suits someone from a fine dining or ultra-luxury resort background who enjoys close collaboration with a kitchen team and wants real input into the guest dining journey, not just service delivery. Given the intimate scale of the property, you will be highly visible to guests throughout their stay.

What you will be doing:
• Leading service standards across all dining occasions, from breakfast through to private in-villa dining
• Working with the culinary team to tailor menus to each group’s preferences and dietary needs
• Managing beverage programme, cellar and stock control
• Recruiting, training, and rostering front-of-house F&B staff
• Acting as a visible, guest-facing presence throughout each stay

What you will need:
• Proven food and beverage management experience at a five-star or fine dining level
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge
• Confident, polished guest-facing manner suited to a high-touch, intimate service style
