The Opportunity:
Our client’s Caribbean property offers guests a fully personalised wellness and spa experience as part of an all inclusive stay, rather than a standard treatment menu booked at reception. The Spa Manager leads this offering end to end, from treatment design through to therapist standards and guest experience.

This is an opportunity for a spa professional who wants genuine ownership of a small, high end operation rather than being one manager among many in a large resort spa. You will work closely with the wider guest services team to build a tailored wellness journey for each group of guests, so strong interpersonal skills matter as much as technical spa expertise.
What you will be doing:
• Leading and rostering a small team of therapists and spa staff
• Designing and delivering personalised treatment programmes for each group of guests
• Managing spa stock, product ordering and treatment room standards
• Ensuring all health, hygiene and safety protocols are consistently met
• Liaising directly with guests on preferences and wellness goals
What you will need:
• Proven spa management experience within a five star hotel or luxury resort setting
• A recognised therapy qualification, with current hands on treatment ability
• Strong guest facing communication skills and genuine attention to detail
