Turn your electrical engineering expertise into the next generation of engineers.

Our client are looking for an Electrical Engineering Lecturer to teach across an Electrical and Electronic Engineering provision, with a focus on electrical power, supporting students from Level 3 right through to degree level. You'll bring real industry knowledge into the classroom, lab and workshop — helping students connect theory to practice and build the skills, confidence and professionalism they need for a career in engineering.

What you'll do

Teach electrical engineering

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Electrical and Electronic Engineering programmes.
  • Teach learners from Level 3 through to higher-level provision, including BEng(Hons) degree-level study where required.
  • Deliver practical and theory-based learning with a focus on electrical power and related engineering principles.
  • Help learners build technical knowledge, practical skills and professional behaviours.
  • Bring your industry experience into the room to keep learning current, relevant and connected to real engineering work.
  • Adapt your teaching so students at different starting points can all make progress.
