M365 Copilot Trainer — Help Miami's Workforce Master AI

AI is changing the way we work — and our client needs someone who can bring people along for the ride. We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing organization in Miami, for a full-time M365 Copilot Trainer to lead the charge in helping their teams unlock the full power of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

If you love turning "I don't get it" into "I can't work without this," and you know your way around Teams, SharePoint, and the whole M365 suite — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Running engaging, hands-on Copilot training sessions — virtual and in-person
• Turning complex AI concepts into practical, everyday wins for real teams
• Building prompt libraries and use-case playbooks tailored to different departments (Sales, HR, Finance, Legal — you name it)
• Hosting workshops, demo days, and "prompt-athons" that actually get people excited about AI
• Keeping training content fresh as Microsoft rolls out new Copilot features
• Tracking adoption and celebrating the wins with stakeholders

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the M365 suite
• A knack for making technical concepts click for non-technical audiences
• Confidence facilitating both virtual and classroom-style sessions
• Strong organizational chops — juggling multiple training engagements is your normal
• Microsoft certifications (MS-4004 or Modern Work fundamentals) a big plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
