General Manager (Food and Beverage)

A high-profile, multi-faceted hospitality venue in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead all aspects of a large, high-volume operation. The venue incorporates restaurant, bar, retail, entertainment, and leisure elements, requiring a confident, hands-on leader with strong commercial and people management capability.

This is a senior, on-site leadership role with full responsibility for operational performance, guest experience, financial results, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full leadership of day-to-day operations across food, beverage, retail, and entertainment

• Ownership of budgets, forecasting, cost control, and P&L performance

• Drive revenue growth and implement local marketing and community engagement initiatives

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop management and hourly teams

• Maintain exceptional guest service standards during peak and off-peak periods

• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol licensing, and local regulations

• Resolve guest and staff issues professionally and efficiently

• Maintain facility standards, equipment upkeep, and asset protection

• Ensure senior management presence on the floor during high-volume service

Applicant Profile:

• 5–10+ years’ experience in high-volume hospitality or food & beverage operations

• Previous experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Senior Operations Manager

• Strong financial acumen with proven experience managing P&L and cost controls

• Hands-on, visible leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments

• Excellent communication, coaching, and decision-making skills

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
