The Project:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a landmark private villa project – a multi-million-dollar residence that sets a new benchmark for luxury living in the Caribbean. The scheme includes extensive high-end finishes, a swimming pool, home cinema, landscaped gardens, and bespoke detailing throughout. This role requires a Superintendent who can take ownership of the project from the earliest stages of groundworks through to final handover, ensuring that every aspect of construction meets the exacting standards expected of a world-class residence. A proven ability to manage client relationships, coordinate specialist trades, and maintain an unwavering focus on quality and delivery is essential. Previous experience of working on ultra-high-end residential projects, where attention to detail and seamless execution are paramount, will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and supervise site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

• Manage teams and subcontractors, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Oversee quality control, compliance, and health & safety protocols.

• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure effective communication across all levels.
