Kieran leads Thatcher Associates’ AI Enablement and Transformation desk from Bristol, partnering with training companies, consultancies, and in-house transformation teams across the UK and US East Coast. After 18 years in technical recruitment, he moved in 2026 to focus on the people helping organisations turn AI ambition into actual adoption.

His specialism sits at the sharp end of that work: AI Enablement Specialists, Adoption Consultants, and Implementation Leads. These are the consultants who embed alongside client teams, work through real workflows, and help organisations use the tools rather than just learn about them. Every brief is a bit different, which Kieran sees as part of the appeal.

His approach is relationship-first, honest about fit, and selective on both sides of the table. He would rather have a useful conversation that goes nowhere now than push the wrong person into the wrong role.
