John founded Thatcher Associates as a boutique recruitment firm focused initially on Construction & Property sectors in Southwest England. Under his leadership, we’ve expanded globally while maintaining our commitment to excellence. As CEO, John remains hands-on, personally managing key assignments across the UK, Caribbean, and USA, specializing in senior-level appointments including Construction Directors, Commercial Leaders, and Executive roles.

With over two decades in construction and property recruitment, John has developed an intimate understanding of the distinct market dynamics across regions – from major infrastructure projects in the UK to luxury resort developments in the Caribbean and commercial complexes across the USA. His direct involvement in recruitment projects, coupled with his strategic leadership, ensures we consistently understand and exceed client expectations while maintaining the personalized service that has become our hallmark.
