With a background spanning education, business development, and recruitment, Tom has built a reputation for delivering high-quality, consultative service and long-term client partnerships.
Before joining Thatcher Associates, Tom led education recruitment practices at both boutique and independent agencies, developing deep expertise across primary, secondary, and SEND appointments. He has successfully managed end-to-end recruitment for teaching, support, and leadership roles—always with a focus on quality, retention, and cultural alignment.
Tom’s approach is both strategic and hands-on: he works closely with schools to understand their ethos and priorities, ensuring every placement supports sustainable growth and excellence in education. His commitment to integrity, transparency, and results underpins every search he delivers.
