Role Title: Sales Representative
Location: Providenciales and the wider Turks and Caicos Islands
Salary: USD $60,000 per annum (tax-free) + company vehicle + performance bonus

Overview
A reputable and well-established local brand, recognised as a leading supplier within its sector in the Turks and Caicos Islands, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to develop business across Providenciales and the wider islands.

This is a field-based role requiring a self-managing, commercially focused individual who can plan, execute and deliver results independently. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts and driving consistent revenue growth across hotels, supermarkets, retail outlets, offices and hospitality venues.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify, target and secure new customers across hotels, restaurants, cafés, retail stores, superstores and corporate offices

  • Promote and sell a product range including coffee, tea, juices, coffee machines, paper cups, sundries and branded merchandise

  • Develop and execute a structured territory sales plan

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects

  • Close deals confidently and professionally

Account Management

  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts

  • Conduct regular site visits across Providenciales and the wider islands

  • Strengthen relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders

  • Increase product penetration within existing accounts

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Sales Performance

  • Meet and exceed agreed sales targets

  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms

  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends

  • Provide clear reporting on activity, pipeline and performance

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in field sales, ideally within FMCG, beverages, hospitality supply or equipment sales

  • Strong closer with the ability to build long-term business relationships

  • Self-managing and disciplined, with the ability to plan and execute independently

  • Highly organised and target-driven

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

  • Comfortable travelling across the Turks and Caicos Islands

  • Valid driver’s licence

Package & Additional Information

  • Base salary of up to USD $60,000 (no income tax in Turks and Caicos Islands)

  • Statutory deductions apply:

    • National Health Insurance Plan (NHIP): 3% employee contribution

    • National Insurance Board (NIB): 5.5% employee contribution

  • Company vehicle provided

  • Performance-based bonus

  • Standard working week is five and a half days, with the successful candidate expected to attend occasional functions (usually early evenings). 
Providenciales offers an excellent quality of life; however, the cost of living, including private schooling, is relatively high and candidates should consider this when evaluating relocation.  The role is best suited to someone travelling on an unaccompanied basis.
