Project Scheduler – Bermuda

Salary: USD $150,000–$160,000 (Low-tax jurisdiction)
Contract: Initial 12–18-month full-time contract
Status: Single-status appointment (limited on-island schooling options)

Based in Bermuda, this role sits within an established construction environment supporting multi-disciplinary commercial projects. Due to limited schooling availability, this is a single-status role best suited to candidates relocating independently.

The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an accomplished Project Scheduler to manage the preparation, monitoring, and reporting of schedules across major new-build and fit-out projects. You’ll play a critical role in linking programme analysis with project delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules from inception through completion.

• Track schedule performance against baseline and advise on corrective strategies.

• Produce weekly and monthly schedule performance reports.

• Support planning conversations and sequencing decisions with senior project managers.

About You

• Strong proficiency in Asta Powerproject or similar planning software.

• Demonstrated experience in the planning of complex construction projects.

• Professional qualification in planning/scheduling is advantageous.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role on major builds.
