Project Manager – Infrastructure & Utilities (Caribbean-Based)

A rapidly growing utilities and infrastructure organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee site-specific infrastructure and distribution projects across New Providence. This is a hands-on role responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple projects safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented project professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys balancing office-based planning with site engagement, and can coordinate teams, contractors, and vendors toward successful delivery
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage assigned infrastructure projects from planning through completion

Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, subcontractor coordination, and progress tracking

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

Manage contracts, including change orders, submittals, negotiations, and compliance documentation

Monitor project budgets, cost control, reporting accuracy, and profitability

Chair and participate in kickoffs, progress meetings, and safety briefings

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans

Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality standards
-
Support storm response or emergency restoration activities when required

Maintain organised project records and ensure timely reporting to management
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
-
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
-
4+ years’ experience in project coordination or management, ideally in utilities, construction, or infrastructure
-
Strong understanding of project accounting, scheduling tools (MS Project / Primavera), and reporting processes

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-paced operational environment

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and confidence working with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
