Commercials & Contractual Awareness
-
Supporting commercial teams with procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, and change control.
-
Maintaining clear records, understanding contractual obligations, and helping protect the business commercially.
-
Monitoring budgets, highlighting risks, and ensuring that programme-driven costs are well managed.
Team & Leadership
-
Managing, supporting, and developing the wider project team, including engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.
-
Creating a positive, delivery-focused working culture built around communication, accountability, and problem-solving.
-
Acting as a visible leader who is present, proactive, and confident directing a multi-disciplinary team.

Chairing regular progress meetings, reporting on programme, design, quality, and commercial matters.
-
Building strong, professional relationships and maintaining trust throughout the project lifecycle.
-
Addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a collaborative approach to solving challenges.
What We’re Looking For

A proven Project Manager with experience delivering complex building projects from early stages through to completion.
-
Strong technical knowledge and confidence working across production, design, and commercial activities.
