We are seeking a motivated and technically capable Senior Engineer / Sub Agent / Section Engineer who is ready to take the next step toward senior site management. This opportunity is ideal for someone currently operating as a strong “number two” on site—keen to develop into a lead role and take full ownership of project sections and teams.

About the Role

You will be involved in the delivery of high-quality construction projects, with a particular emphasis on reinforced concrete structures. The role is hands-on and suited to someone who is technically strong, proactive, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Technical Background

• Strong reinforced concrete (RC) experience is essential

• Hands-on site engineering capability, with a practical understanding of buildability and sequencing

• Ideally 5–10 years’ experience, but strong candidates with slightly less experience will be considered

• Experience in high-end construction environments is an advantage

Education & Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent engineering qualification)

Career Level

• Currently working as a Senior Engineer, Sub Agent, or Section Engineer

• Someone who has been a reliable, capable number two on projects and is now ready to progress into a number one role

• Demonstrable ambition to move into senior site or construction management
