About the Role:
Our client, a reputable construction company in Grenada, is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead a variety of building projects from inception to completion. This role requires not just technical skill, but also strong leadership in managing direct labor and coordinating with diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee construction projects from initial planning through to final handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Team Leadership: Effectively manage direct labor on-site, coordinate with subcontractors, and guide a team of designers to align with project goals.

Client Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Health & Safety Oversight: Ensure all health and safety regulations are rigorously followed on-site, managing compliance and risk assessments for all project phases.
Qualifications:

Tertiary Qualification: Candidates must hold a degree in building, construction management, civil engineering, or a related field to meet work permit requirements.

Project Experience: Proven track record in managing a variety of construction projects, such as apartment complexes, office buildings, schools, and warehouses, with exposure to reinforced concrete.

Full Lifecycle Management: Experience in taking projects from start to finish, including design coordination, team management, and on-site leadership.
