A leading hospitality organisation in the Caribbean is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing, sourcing, inventory management, and supplier relationships across a large-scale hospitality operation.
This role is critical in ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining quality standards and supporting operational excellence across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all procurement and purchasing activities across the business
• Develop sourcing strategies and negotiate supplier agreements
• Manage vendor relationships and performance standards
• Ensure cost control, value engineering, and budget compliance
• Oversee inventory management and stock control procedures
• Collaborate with operational leaders to forecast purchasing requirements
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare procurement reports and management information for senior leadership

The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or similar role
• Hospitality, resort, food & beverage, retail, or large-scale operational experience preferred
• Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience managing inventory, procurement systems, and purchasing controls
• Excellent analytical and financial acumen
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities
• Degree or recognised qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Previous experience as a Procurement Manager, Purchasing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, or similar role
• Hospitality, resort, food & beverage, retail, or large-scale operational experience preferred
