An exciting opportunity has become available for a hands-on Operations Manager to join a leading consumer-facing organisation operating multiple locations within Jamaica.
This role is responsible for driving operational performance, team development, customer experience, and commercial results across a portfolio of high-volume locations.
The successful candidate will be a proven people leader with experience managing multiple sites and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support day-to-day operations across multiple locations
• Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Coach, develop, and support site leadership teams
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement performance improvement plans
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, policies, and procedures
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives
• Partner with support functions including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
• Support new site openings, refurbishments, and growth initiatives
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence
The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience as an Operations Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager, or similar role
• Background within retail, foodservice, hospitality, leisure, or multi-site consumer operations
• Strong understanding of operational KPIs, labour management, and cost control
• Proven ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Results-oriented with a commercial mindset
