MEP Project Manager

Thatcher Associates is seeking experienced MEP Project Managers for upcoming hospitality, resort, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments across the Caribbean.
These appointments will play a critical role in managing the delivery of complex building services installations from pre-construction through commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all MEP construction activities throughout project delivery
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
• Monitor programme, budget, quality, and safety performance
• Lead technical reviews and resolve engineering challenges
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and operational readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and project specifications
• Provide regular project reporting to senior stakeholders

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing MEP construction projects
• Strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and building services systems
• Experience delivering hotel, resort, commercial, healthcare, infrastructure, or mixed-use developments
• Relevant engineering qualification suitable for work permit applications
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Physically capable of operating within active construction environments
• Previous Caribbean experience highly desirable
