MEP Design Manager

An exciting opportunity we are assisting on for experienced MEP Design Managers seeking to contribute to major hospitality, resort, mixed-use, and development projects across the Caribbean.

This role will focus on managing the design, coordination, and integration of building services systems from concept through construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead MEP design coordination across multidisciplinary project teams
• Review engineering designs for compliance, constructability, and operational efficiency
• Manage consultant teams and design deliverables
• Coordinate design interfaces between architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines
• Support value engineering and design optimisation initiatives
• Participate in technical reviews, contractor engagement, and commissioning planning
• Ensure designs comply with project standards, regulations, and client expectations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP design management or building services engineering
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and utility systems
• Experience within hospitality, commercial, healthcare, aviation, infrastructure, or mixed-use projects
• Degree-qualified engineer or equivalent recognised professional qualification
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to travel and work within Caribbean project environments
• Caribbean or international remote-location experience preferred
