Marketing Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a leading luxury hospitality operation in the Caribbean.

We are seeking a commercially minded and creative marketing professional to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, revenue growth, and market positioning across a premium hospitality destination.

Working closely with executive leadership, sales teams, and operational departments, the successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance visibility, strengthen brand reputation, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement annual marketing and communications strategies
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, web, and paid advertising channels
• Oversee content creation, brand messaging, photography, and promotional materials
• Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, influencers, and tourism stakeholders
• Support sales initiatives through targeted campaigns and lead generation activities
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest insights
• Manage marketing budgets and measure campaign performance through analytics and reporting
• Coordinate public relations activities and media opportunities
• Support special events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
• Ensure brand standards and visual identity are consistently maintained

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
• Hospitality, tourism, luxury lifestyle, or resort experience preferred
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, SEO, social media, and analytics
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Creative thinker with strong commercial awareness
• Degree-qualified in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
