The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a competent Health & Safety Manager to lead site safety planning, risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance monitoring across complex construction projects. The role requires close coordination with civil, mechanical, and electrical subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the site safety plan.

Conduct job hazard analyses, risk assessments, and safety meeting documentation.

Manage incident reporting and investigative procedures.

Oversee safety coordination across multi-disciplinary subcontractor teams.

Support safe execution of crane lifts and major site logistics.
About You

Recognised H&S qualification (OSHA 30-Hour or similar).

Incident investigation training.

Strong site logistics and crane lift planning knowledge.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in H&S roles on major construction projects.
