📍 Jamaica (Regional Caribbean Role)
An exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-site operations leader to join a growing consumer-facing business with operations across multiple Caribbean markets.
Reporting directly to executive leadership, this position is responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, customer experience, and people development across a portfolio of retail and foodservice locations throughout the Caribbean.
This is a highly visible leadership role suited to an ambitious operator with a strong track record of managing multiple sites, leading high-performing teams, and delivering sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational performance across multiple Caribbean markets
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and business performance
• Lead, coach, and develop regional management teams
• Ensure consistent execution of operating standards and compliance requirements
• Monitor key business metrics including sales, labour productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
• Support expansion initiatives, new site openings, and operational improvement projects
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Training functions
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners
• Provide regular business performance reporting to senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
• Proven experience in a Head of Operations, Director of Operations, Regional Operations Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in multi-site retail, foodservice, hospitality, QSR, or consumer-facing operations
• Commercially astute with strong P&L management experience
• Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the Caribbean
