• Develop reusable prompt libraries, workflow templates and operational playbooks.
• Build lightweight AI solutions and integrations across the organisation’s core technology stack.
• Ensure solutions are practical, secure and easy for non-technical users to adopt.
• Support governance, compliance and data privacy considerations related to AI implementation.
Business Enablement & Adoption
• Deliver training and support to help teams integrate AI into daily workflows.
• Create user guides, documentation and best-practice resources.
• Act as an internal subject matter expert for AI tools and automation.

• Share internal learnings and practical applications to support broader innovation initiatives.
• Contribute to customer-facing conversations around AI transformation and operational efficiency where required.
Innovation & Experimentation
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms and technologies.
• Rapidly test new concepts and build MVP solutions for operational use cases.
• Introduce relevant innovations that create measurable business value.
Performance & Impact Measurement
• Define and track success metrics including productivity gains, time savings, adoption and operational impact.
• Build reporting mechanisms to demonstrate ROI and prioritise future initiatives.
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience implementing AI tools and automation within a commercial or operational environment.
• Strong background in operations, digital transformation, product, enablement or process improvement.
• Experience improving workflows and driving measurable operational efficiencies.

Technical Capability
• Strong understanding of generative AI platforms and large language model tools.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n or similar.
• Ability to design prompts, workflows and lightweight AI-enabled systems.
• Familiarity with scripting, low-code tools and AI agent frameworks advantageous.
• Strong understanding of AI adoption, governance and practical business implementation.
What Success Looks Like
• Early identification and optimisation of high-friction operational processes.
