The Role
As Guest Relations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the guest experience. From the moment a booking is confirmed to the moment a guest departs, you will orchestrate every detail, anticipating needs before they arise, resolving challenges before they escalate, and ensuring that every stay becomes a memory that lasts a lifetime.
You will lead and develop a dedicated concierge team, build and nurture a network of the finest local vendors, and work closely with internal operations to ensure seamless villa readiness and service delivery across multiple properties simultaneously.
This is a role for someone who leads with confidence and warmth in equal measure.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting bespoke guest itineraries including private dining, yacht charters, wellness experiences, and exclusive excursions
- Overseeing pre-arrival planning and managing VIP arrivals with absolute discretion
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing concierge team
- Managing high-volume concierge operations across a portfolio of luxury villas
- Building strong relationships with premium local service providers and vendors
- Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and property teams to ensure flawless coordination
- Tracking guest feedback and team performance, driving continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 3 to 5+ years in luxury hospitality, concierge services, villa or resort management, or a comparable senior guest-facing role
- A proven track record serving UHNW/HNW guests who understand this world and thrive within it
- Experience managing high-volume operations (10+ concurrent properties or equivalent scale) is a significant advantage
- Prior team leadership within a concierge or guest relations function is essential
- Caribbean hospitality experience is a welcome bonus
Skills & Attributes:
- Native or near-native English with impeccable written and verbal communication
- Emotionally intelligent, empathetic, and intuitive in your approach to guests and colleagues alike
- Calm, composed, and solutions-focused under pressure with a natural problem-solving ability
- Highly organised with excellent multitasking ability across a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in reservation systems, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
- Professional, mature, and discreet at all times
