An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a transformational Group Chief Executive Officer to lead a diverse and forward-thinking Caribbean-based organisation operating across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, construction, aviation, real estate, and community development.
This is a pivotal leadership appointment within a well-established and fast-evolving Group that plays a significant role in the economic and social development of the region. The successful candidate will bring strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong commercial mindset to drive continued growth, diversification, and long-term value creation.
Reporting directly to the Board, the CEO will assume full responsibility for defining and executing the Group’s strategic direction, strengthening governance and performance, and uniting a portfolio of businesses behind a shared vision of innovation, sustainability, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and clarity of direction across a complex, multi-entity group structure.

Oversee business performance, financial management, and operational excellence across all subsidiaries.

Lead business transformation and continuous improvement programmes that support scalable growth.

Strengthen group governance, systems, and reporting frameworks to ensure long-term resilience.

Build and maintain high-level partnerships with government bodies, investors, and development agencies.

Inspire and develop senior leadership teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across diverse markets.

Champion innovation, sustainability, and community value creation in alignment with global best practices.
Candidate Profile

MBA or equivalent advanced qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or Construction Management.

Minimum of 15 years’ senior executive experience, ideally within diversified or multinational organisations.

Proven success leading strategic growth, transformation, and performance improvement across multiple business units.

Strong financial acumen with a track record in complex organisational management and operational delivery.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
