A new opportunity is available for an experienced culinary leader to join a well-established hospitality and entertainment destination in the Caribbean.

We are seeking a hands-on Executive Kitchen Lead to oversee a fast-paced kitchen operation, driving food quality, consistency, team development, and operational excellence across multiple dining concepts.

This role would suit an experienced Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Culinary Leader who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys building strong teams while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations across multiple food outlets
• Drive consistency, quality, and presentation standards across all menus
• Develop, mentor, and inspire culinary teams
• Ensure effective labour management, scheduling, and workforce planning
• Manage food cost controls, inventory, purchasing, and waste reduction initiatives
• Maintain compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
• Collaborate with senior leadership on menu development and operational improvements
• Support recruitment, training, and succession planning initiatives
• Deliver exceptional standards during peak trading periods and special events

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong background in high-volume hospitality, restaurants, resorts, entertainment venues, or multi-outlet operations
• Proven ability to lead and develop culinary teams
• Strong understanding of kitchen financials, food cost management, and inventory controls
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
