We’re representing a renowned multi-venue operator whose restaurants, lifestyle venues, and airport concessions have become synonymous with vibrant Caribbean hospitality. With 50+ locations across the region, they’ve delivered record-breaking revenues — and they’re now seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing with a restaurant group background to lead growth, brand positioning, and strategic partnerships across the Caribbean.

✅ Experience in restaurant, bar, lifestyle, or multi-site F&B brands is essential.
The Role
This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Executive Team and collaborating closely with venue managers, operations, and creative marketing leads. You’ll own both strategy and execution — shaping how millions of guests engage with the brand.
Key responsibilities include:

Restaurant Group Marketing Leadership – develop and deliver marketing campaigns across all venues and markets.

Sales Strategy & Growth – drive traffic and sales through resorts, tour operators, cruise lines, DMCs, and local partnerships.

Brand Positioning – ensure each concept stands out in a competitive hospitality landscape.

Revenue Management – set dynamic pricing and promotional strategies.

Campaigns & Content – partner with creative teams to design innovative, guest-focused marketing campaigns.

Commercial Analysis – track ROI, analyse campaign performance, and adjust tactics for maximum impact.

Team Leadership – build and mentor a talented regional marketing and sales team.
About You
We’re looking for a hands-on commercial leader who combines data-driven thinking with creative flair.
You’ll bring:

8–10+ years’ senior marketing and sales experience within a restaurant group, lifestyle brand, or multi-site F&B operator.

Proven success in brand growth, campaign delivery, and revenue optimisation.

Strong understanding of destination and venue marketing.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience managing multi-location operations (Caribbean or international experience a plus).

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
