🍴 Director of Food & Beverage – Leading Caribbean Hospitality Group 🍴
📍 Montego Bay, Jamaica (Regional remit across multiple islands)

Few opportunities in the Caribbean hospitality market come with this level of influence, scale, and creativity.

We’re working with a renowned multi-venue operator whose restaurants, lifestyle concepts, and airport concessions have become synonymous with vibrant Caribbean dining. With a footprint spanning 50+ locations across the region, the group has just delivered record-breaking revenues and continues to roll out innovative new concepts designed to delight international travellers and local guests alike.

Now, they’re seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead the culinary and beverage strategy for the next phase of growth.

The Role

This is a pivotal executive-level position, reporting to the VP of Operations and working closely with marketing, operations, and venue managers across the Caribbean. You’ll set the vision for menus, food concepts, and beverage programmes, ensuring they are both commercially successful and aligned with the group’s brand identity.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Menu Innovation & Product Development – driving recipe creation, testing, and product trials to ensure menus remain fresh, profitable, and industry-leading.

  • Research & Trends – scanning global dining movements and local consumer tastes, introducing bold ideas that set the group apart.

  • Operational Excellence – ensuring food quality is consistent while maintaining food costs at or below 29%.

  • Collaboration & Campaigns – partnering with Marketing to launch creative promotions, and with Training to deliver smooth rollouts across venues.

  • Leadership & Culture – building, training, and motivating diverse teams, from chefs to venue managers, to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

  • Supplier & Industry Engagement – strengthening relationships with suppliers, attending trade shows, and leveraging networks to keep the group at the forefront of F&B innovation.

  • Commercial Impact – overseeing departmental budgets, reporting at executive level, and ensuring profitability targets are met across all properties.

About You

We’re seeking an individual who brings both culinary credibility and commercial sharpness. Someone equally comfortable innovating with a plate of food, negotiating with suppliers, or presenting strategy at board level.

You’ll bring:

  • 5–10 years’ leadership experience in F&B, ideally including time as an Executive Chef or F&B Director across multiple venues.

  • A proven record of menu development, product testing, and cost control.

  • Strong commercial acumen – balancing creativity with financial performance.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.

  • A track record of leading and inspiring large, multi-site teams.

  • A degree in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, or related discipline (preferred).

Why This Role?

This isn’t just another F&B leadership job. It’s a chance to shape the food and beverage experiences of millions of guests every year across one of the most dynamic tourism markets in the world.

From high-traffic airport concessions to destination dining experiences, this group combines Caribbean energy with world-class standards. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, the scale to make an impact, and the platform to define what great F&B looks like in the region.
