A unique opportunity has become available with an award-winning luxury resort in the Caribbean for an experienced Corporate Trainer who is passionate about service excellence, employee engagement, and creating world-class guest experiences.

This role will initially focus on delivering and embedding luxury service standards across all departments, with a particular emphasis on Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury hospitality culture. As the position evolves, the successful candidate will take on additional responsibility for employee wellbeing, engagement, and staff experience initiatives across the resort.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys developing people, influencing culture, and making a visible impact on both guest satisfaction and employee performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver departmental and resort-wide training programmes
• Drive Forbes standards training and audit preparedness
• Support onboarding and induction programmes for new team members
• Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and development opportunities
• Monitor training effectiveness and service quality metrics
• Champion employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Support the development of a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Evolve into a staff wellbeing leadership function, promoting retention, engagement, and employee satisfaction

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Corporate Trainer, Learning & Development Manager, Quality Manager, or similar hospitality training role
• Proven experience working within Forbes-rated or Forbes-audited luxury hotels or resorts
• Strong understanding of luxury guest service standards
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams
• Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment
• Open to relocating on a single-status basis
