Construction Site Supervisor – The role
This is a permanent position offering excellent prospects for career development. Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering prestigious construction projects. This position requires strong leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, assign and review work of construction teams
- Direct construction works and control workflow
- Exercise supervisory authority including training and performance management
- Monitor quality standards and ensure timely project completion
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment effectively
- Liaise with subcontractors and consultants
- Oversee site safety compliance
- Lead problem-solving and decision-making on site

Requirement:
Candidates will either have a proven trade background with at least 5 years’ supervisory experience in construction, OR hold a relevant degree/diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 3 years’ site supervision experience.
Regardless of your background, you must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, experience managing subcontractors, thorough understanding of construction safety regulations, and solid project coordination skills. Most importantly, you should have a track record of successfully leading construction teams and delivering projects on time.
