An exciting opportunity has developed for an experienced Income Auditor to join a luxury hospitality group operating multiple properties in the Caribbean.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented hospitality finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational departments to ensure revenue integrity, compliance, and financial accuracy across a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets.
Working within a collaborative finance team, you will be responsible for auditing daily revenue streams, monitoring internal controls, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to hospitality accounting standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit daily revenue from Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, Activities, Retail, and ancillary departments
• Verify postings, adjustments, discounts, packages, taxes, and revenue allocations
• Reconcile transactions across PMS, POS, payment, and accounting systems
• Investigate and resolve revenue discrepancies with operational teams
• Conduct operational audits across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa, and guest service departments
• Review cash handling procedures, deposits, credit card reconciliations, and internal controls
• Support month-end close processes and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare daily revenue and audit reports for management review
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial controls
• Assist with internal, external, and ownership audits
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as an Income Auditor, Revenue Auditor, Night Auditor, Assistant Financial Controller, or similar hospitality finance position
• Experience within hotels, resorts, hospitality groups, casinos, or leisure operations preferred
• Strong understanding of hospitality revenue streams and financial controls
• Experience working with hotel PMS and POS systems
• Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with both finance and operational teams
