A leading multi-market QSR/ takeaway organization operating across the Caribbean and Panama is seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to take full strategic and operational leadership of the business. This role offers the opportunity to drive a comprehensive turnaround, strengthen operational execution, and steer a well-recognised franchise group into its next phase of sustainable growth.
This position is ideal for a seasoned QSR executive with deep franchising expertise, strong supply chain and operational capability, and the proven ability to stabilize and elevate performance across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
· Strategic & Executive Leadership
· Provide full executive oversight across all markets and functional areas
· Design and implement a clear turnaround strategy to address operational gaps
· Lead organizational vision, financial discipline, and brand consistency
· Act as the principal decision-maker for operations, finance, franchising, and expansion initiatives
· Operations & Supply Chain Excellence
· Resolve stock availability challenges and strengthen supply chain reliability
· Oversee procurement, inventory planning, vendor performance, and distribution
· Ensure operational consistency and execution across corporate and franchise locations
· Financial & Capital Management
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
· Manage capital allocation for new builds, refurbishments, and expansion projects
· Oversee unit economics, ROI assessments, and financial reporting
· Drive commercial discipline across all market operations
· Franchise & Partner Management
· Build and maintain strong partner relationships across the region
· Act as senior liaison with major brand partners
· Ensure franchise alignment with training, operational, and brand standards
People, Training & Culture
· Improve labour performance through structured leadership, training, and accountability
· Build a strong organizational culture rooted in development and execution excellence
· Strengthen store-level leadership and elevate customer experience standards
· Customer Experience & Brand Delivery
· Ensure consistently high service levels across all stores
· Create an in-store environment that reflects energy, engagement, and brand integrity
Experience & Background
· 15+ years’ senior leadership experience within QSR or franchised F&B operations
· Proven background leading multi-market operations (Caribbean experience advantageous)
· Demonstrated success in turnaround environments or operationally challenged businesses
· Strong experience overseeing franchised partners and complex supply chains
