This role is based in Bermuda, supporting major commercial and industrial projects delivered by an established contractor. Due to limited schooling options on the island, the position is offered on a single-status basis.
The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Services Manager to oversee the MEP elements of high-value new-build and fit-out projects. You’ll coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors, ensure installations meet required quality standards, and manage end-to-end commissioning.
Key Responsibilities

Lead daily management of MEP activities, including subcontractor oversight and sequencing.

Ensure performance against schedule and manage MEP quality control.

Oversee testing and commissioning of MEP systems in commercial and industrial buildings.

Liaise with the Owner on OFCI items and coordinate with specialist subcontractors.
About You

Formal qualification(s) in mechanical and electrical disciplines.

Experience as a trade foreperson or in commissioning MEP equipment.

Engineering degree, professional designation or IT infrastructure experience beneficial.

At least 5 years’ experience on large-scale projects >$20M.
