AI IT Trainer – Generative AI & Digital Productivity

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Trainer to join a growing digital transformation and innovation team within a large international professional services organisation.

This role will support the adoption of emerging technologies, modern working practices and AI-powered productivity tools across a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping teams maximise the value of digital systems through engaging training, coaching and user support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, change management and user enablement.

The Role

Working closely with technology, operations and business support teams, you will design and deliver training programmes focused on digital tools, collaboration platforms and generative AI technologies.

You will support the rollout of new systems and contribute to wider transformation initiatives by helping users improve efficiency, productivity and confidence with technology.

The role is primarily office-based with hybrid flexibility and occasional travel where required.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation & User Adoption


• Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies and digital working practices.
• Deliver training initiatives that improve user engagement and productivity.
• Assist teams in embedding generative AI tools into day-to-day workflows.
• Identify skills gaps and recommend practical learning solutions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Stakeholder Engagement & Coaching


• Work with employees across multiple departments and seniority levels.
• Deliver one-to-one coaching and group training sessions.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology teams.

Training Delivery & Content Development


• Design and deliver training for both existing systems and new technologies.
• Deliver sessions via classroom, virtual and desk-side formats.
• Create engaging user guides, digital learning content and video tutorials.
• Maintain learning materials and internal knowledge resources.
• Ensure training content remains accurate and aligned with business needs.

Continuous Improvement


• Gather user feedback to improve training effectiveness.
• Stay informed on developments within Microsoft 365, AI tools and workplace technology.
• Continuously develop knowledge of emerging digital solutions and productivity platforms.

Collaboration & Operational Support


• Work closely with internal technology and support teams.
• Assist with training schedules, reporting and learning administration.
• Contribute to wider IT and digital transformation initiatives where required.

Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar generative AI tools.
• Familiarity with document management systems and collaboration platforms.
• Experience creating digital learning content using eLearning tools such as Storyline, Rise, Camtasia or similar.
• Confident delivering both in-person and remote training sessions.

Professional Experience


• Previous experience within a professional services or corporate environment preferred.
• Recognised training qualification advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in AI-driven productivity tools and digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience supporting technology adoption and user engagement programmes.
