AI Enablement Specialist (Microsoft Certified) | Remote, UK-wide | £60,000 to £80,000

Thatcher Associates is partnering with a fast-growing consultancy that is winning more client work than it can comfortably staff, which is a good problem to have and exactly why they need you.

You’ll be the person who turns “we’ve bought the AI licences” into “our people are actually getting value from them.” Working across a varied portfolio of client projects, you’ll drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and the wider AI toolset, strip out the friction, and make sure these capabilities deliver the productivity gains they promise rather than gathering dust.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading AI adoption and enablement across Microsoft Copilot, M365, and Power Platform deployments
• Running training sessions, workshops, and floor-walking that turn cautious users into confident ones
• Building prompt libraries, use-case playbooks, and self-serve resources people genuinely reach for
• Acting as the bridge between technical delivery teams and the business users on the ground
• Spotting adoption blockers early, gathering feedback, and feeding insight back into project teams
• Championing responsible, secure use of AI as it lands in each client organisation
• Juggling multiple client engagements at once and keeping every one of them moving

What you’ll bring

• Microsoft certification (Copilot, M365, or Power Platform credentials all welcome)
• A track record of driving adoption and change, not just delivering tech
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI tooling and a knack for making it click for non-technical people
• The confidence to stand in front of a room, or a Teams call, and bring people with you
• Self-sufficiency: this is remote and varied, so you’ll need to manage your own time across projects
• Excellent communication, because enablement lives and dies on how well you explain things

• £60,000 to £80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus regular company benefit
